Bookings must be cancelled in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
More than 45 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee
Between 45 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 30% of booking Within 14 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold.

IMPORTANT: Please do not consider any confirmed booking to be cancelled by Titikaveka Club Pacific until we receive payment for the booking and you receive our written acknowledgement by return email or fax.
This routine will remove the possibility of communication problems for example if your initial email or fax doesn’t transmit successfully.
